The Words Within

Jesus is Alive!

Evolution and Creation

It is funny how sometimes God will show Himself in unusual ways. This morning when I awoke, my dog jumped up on the bed beside me and had his head laying beside my chest. I was patting him and was looking into his face. Strange, as I was doing that, I observed how God made it so that the thousands of hairs that surround his eyes are all perfectly aligned, so that not one of the thousands points inwards towards his eyes, but away. Each is growing perfectly so that a perfect pattern is growing around his eyes, and not one looks out of place even though they point in all directions around his eyes.
Could this perfect symetry of hairs growing around the eyes of a dog happen by chance as evolutions would have us to believe?  Or is there a master designer who created the dog with a perfect growth pattern of hair around his eyes, with perfect pattern of colour as well?

The Tree of Life

Gen. 2:9-10 the tree of life was also in the midst of the garden and the tree of good and evil. And a river went out of Eden to water the garden. (Lucifer was also in the garden)

Isa. 14:12 "How you are fallen from Heaven O Lucifer." NKJV Gen. 3:1 (Lucifer / Satan was the serpent in the garden of God.) compare 2 Cor. 11:14 and Rev. 20:2 God was also in the garden Gen. 3:8

Ezek. 28:13 "You were in Eden the garden of God" v.17 "I cast you to the ground" NKJV... see Strong's Concordance Heb. 776 'erets (ground) = the earth

Now in Gen. 3:23 "Therefore the LORD God sent him forth from the garden of Eden, to till the ground from whence he was taken." KJV (see Strong's Concordance Heb. 127 adamah = soil the earth. (you see God sent 1st Satan from heaven for his sin and then Adam and Eve also for their sin, to the earth)

Luke 23:43 "And Jesus said to him, “Assuredly, I say to you, today you will be with Me in Paradise" NKJV

2 Cor. 12:2 "God Knows - such a one [Paul] was caught up to the third Heaven". NKJV (You see there are 3 heavens. 1. the heavens above our earth. 2. Our Universe 3. Heaven the Heaven of God.)

v.4 "How that he [Paul] was caught up into Paradise." KJV

Rev. 2:7 "the tree of life, which is in the midst of the paradise of God"
Rev. 21:1 "And I saw a new heaven and a new earth: for the first heaven and the first earth were passed away" - 21:10 "...that great city, the holy Jerusalem, descending out of heaven from God."
Rev. 22:2 "In the midst of the street of it, and on either side of the river, was there the tree of life."
(all KJV)
Therefore the tree of life was located in the Garden of Eden in Heaven at the time of Creation.

It remains there today and will be there throughout eternity.

One must understand that their are similar locations in both Heaven and on earth. God created man in His image, God also created the earth in the image of Heaven. i.e in Heaven - Rev. 14:1 Mount Sion in Heaven. and Deut. 4:48 "... even unto mount Sion, which is Hermon" KJV (in Israel on earth)

The Holy Jerusalem descending out of Heaven from God. How does it descend out of Heaven when there is a Jerusalem on Earth? It would appear that there is a similar place in Heaven.

Gen. 2:10-14 "And a river went out of Eden to water the garden; and from thence it was parted, and became into four heads. The name of the first is Pison: that is it which compasseth the whole land of Havilah, where there is gold; And the gold of that land is good: there is bdellium and the onyx stone. And the name of the second river is Gihon: the same is it that compasseth the whole land of Ethiopia. And the name of the third river is Hiddekel: that is it which goeth toward the east of Assyria. And the fourth river is Euphrates.." KJV

Certainly we have the river Euphrates on earth today and perhaps 2 other similar rivers that match somewhat those rivers described in Heaven but one of them is NOT found. The reason for that is simple and it has nothing to do with evolution or the changing of the land over time. It did not and yet does not exist on earth. The location is similar but not the same.

"Star Struck"

On a clear warm stary night, we like to gaze up at the stars and we are "star struck" We are mesmerized by the awesome display, we are awed by the vastness of the panoramic view. And, likewise as we spend time with God, we to see how great, and wonderful and awesome He is. And the more time we spend with Him, the more we are drawn closer to Him and want to spend even more time with Him.

Have a great and Godly week.

The Glory of His Creation

I shared this morning in church how God has impressed upon me the glory of His creation lately. I live out in the country and I take my dog for a walk usually twice a day. As I have been walking about I have taken notice of all things, bugs, flowers, trees etc. And I have been marveling at them, how wonderful they are. Even some things appear ugly to us, yet at the same time they are awesome when I consider the creator of all things, our, God, our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

When you look at creation from this perspective you can't help but be in awe and want to draw closer to Him and do all you can to imitate the Son and do what is right.
